È nelle Faq del Dpcm sul sito del Governo (vedi link in basso) in cui si legge una precisazione che sta sbigottendo i commercianti. Stop ai mercatini di Natale in tutte e tre le zone (gialle, arancioni, rosse). Così quest’anno le luci natalizie verranno spente. Una bella botta per tutti i mercatini sardi ma in particolare di Cagliari, Sassari e Olbia i quali sono diventati negli anni eventi di gran importanza.

Alla domanda “Nella nozione delle fiere, vietate dal Dpcm, rientrano anche manifestazioni locali con prevalente carattere commerciale?” la risposta è “Sì, tali manifestazioni, anche a carattere commerciale di natura fieristica, come nel caso dei cosiddetti mercatini di Natale, ma realizzate fuori dell’ordinaria attività commerciale in spazi dedicati ad attività stabile o periodica di mercato, sono da assimilare alle fiere e sono quindi vietate.”

Non tutto è perduto. Se alla scadenza del decreto, ovvero il 3 dicembre, torneremo a una situazione accettabile plausibilmente potremmo ipotizzare una qualche tipo di riapertura.

In the Dpcm’s Faq on the Government website (see link below) where you can read a clarification that is shocking shop keepers. Stop to Christmas markets in all three areas (yellow, orange, red). So this year the Christmas lights will be turned off. A great failure for all Sardinian markets but in particular for Cagliari, Sassari and Olbia which have become events of great importance over the years.

To the question “Does the notion of fairs, prohibited by the Dpcm, also include local events with a prevalent commercial character?” the answer is “Yes, these events, even of a commercial nature of an exhibition nature, as in the case of the so-called Christmas markets, but carried out outside the ordinary commercial activity in spaces dedicated to stable or periodic market activity, are to be assimilated to fairs and are therefore prohibited. ”

All is not lost. If at the expiry of the decree, or December 3, we’ll back to an acceptable situation, we could plausibly hypothesize some kind of reopening.
